Standard Operating Procedure

 

Front desk and staff verify guest preferences in the system at check-in, ensure the Hospitality Infused features are active, and quickly explain how guests can adjust settings through the Bonvoy app. Engineering monitors the dashboard daily to confirm devices are synced and energy-saving modes are functioning.
